NAMASTE! I’m Emma 🙂

When I’m not an education student in elementary ed, special ed, and human development/family studies at the University of Vermont,

working as a substitute preschool teacher at the Y,

ending world hunger, one grilled cheese at a time at FeelGood,

I’m an avid runner, yoga enthusiast, and health-food junkie.  Here I will share how I maintain a healthy lifestyle as a crazy-busy college student: this means feeling my best while low on cash and even lower on free time! I find ways to feel good by eating deliciously healthy food and having fun while exercising hard.  Expect to see fast, healthy recipes with affordable ingredients and time-saving, economical, and effective workouts!

The light in me honors the light in you.  Namaste!

  2. Hi Emma,
I remember when you and Hannah had such wonderful wine tour with us at Wine Tours By Bike. I love your blog and it is really a wonderful guide around NZ.
With your permission I would like to share the wine tour parts of the blog with our friends on Facebook. I hope this is ok with you – it would mean that the majority of the people who friend us and have been on the tour will see the tour in pictures and visitors to FB will see what a wonderful part of the world we live in.
I look forward to hearing from you.
    Best regards
PS are you friends of Wine Tours By Bike?

  6. “Low on cash and free time” describes the college life perfectly. It can be so overwhelming to add healthy living into the mix. Thanks for serving as a great inspiration for fellow students (:
